Merry Christmas!!!
D and I celebrated the holiday all over Hampton Roads this year. :) We started off opening our stockings here at home, then headed off to visit with my dad and family out in Suffolk. Next, it was back to Virginia Beach where we visited with D's family at his step-grandma's home. Afterward we drove down to my best friend, Ky's, house where her brother cooked a super yummy meal and we all hung out for a few hours. The next day, we drove out to D's mom's place and visited with her and the family before heading home where I cooked dinner for my mom and family and we capped off the holiday with the whole family playing RockBand2!
The plan was not to go crazy and to just fill each other's stockings with little stuff for christmas. But Damien totally outdid me and earned his "sugar daddy" status by getting me gorgeous 3/4-carat diamond earring studs! Then he hid them in my stocking by surrounding the Zales box with 50+ pencils, pens, erasers, etc. (i'm a big fan of school supplies)! I got him a few little things, but my main gift was a 4x4 and a 5x5 rubik's cube. He got a 3x3 back in May when we visited Seattle and he's mastered it and plays with it at work so much that the stickers are peeling at the edges. But he totally outdid me with those earrings!!

My mom and brothers come over for dinner and Damien & Thomas rock out on RockBand for a bit.
We twisted her arm and even Mom joined in on the RockBand awesomeness.
